David K. Johns

David K. Johns is an Adjunct Professor of Law at the University of Denver Sturm College of Law in Denver, Colorado. A native of Denver, he received his undergraduate degree at the University of Colorado in 1983 and his Juris Doctor from the University of Denver in 1990. Mr. Johns is the author of numerous articles and has lectured to attorneys on estate planning issues at local, state, and national conferences.
He is a member of the Trust and Estate Section of the Colorado Bar Association and a member of the Bar of the Supreme Court of the United States.
Mr. Johns is the editor of The Green Book: Selected Colorado Materials on Wills, Estates, Trusts and Taxes, and a
Fellow of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel.
